Jane G. Greenblatt, CCIM is Senior Vice President for Development at Washington Square Partners. She has over twenty-five years of diversified real estate experience in development, leasing and asset management with a specific focus on new development and redevelopment of retail, office and industrial properties. Ms. Greenblatt joined Washington Square Partners in 2008 and is development manager for the 1.8 million square foot mixed use City Point project in Downtown Brooklyn. As leader of the City Point development team, she is responsible for coordinating all aspects of predevelopment work including design, leasing and financial analysis. Ms. Greenblatt is also assisting on the Jamaica Corporate Square development project in Downtown Jamaica, Queens.

Prior to joining WSP, Ms. Greenblatt served as Senior Director of Leasing and Development for the Mack-Cali Realty Corporation. At Mack-Cali, she directed a design and development team for the development of millions of square feet of retail and office space in New Jersey. Previously, she held positions with Newmark and Company, MBL Life Insurance, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, and the New York City Office of Economic Development within the New York City Department of City Planning.

Ms. Greenblatt is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM). She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University and a Masters in Urban Planning from New York University.
