Laurence Roberts is principal of Arch Brokerage, LTD, a full service New York City based real estate brokerage affiliated with Washington Square Partners. Since 2003, Mr. Roberts has served a variety of retail and office clients in finding space that suits their needs. Mr. Roberts is completely hands-on in leading all aspects of Arch's work. This extends to personally advising clients on all financial and operational aspects of sales, new lease acquisitions, lease terminations, lease recaptures, assignments, subleases, buy-outs and renewals as applicable. In addition, Mr. Roberts coordinates with architects, lawyers, engineers, contractors and other third party service providers to ensure continuity and timely closure of transactions.

Working closely with Washington Square Partners, Mr. Roberts understands the ever changing dynamics of the real estate market and this leads to developing unique solutions for his clients. In all, Mr. Roberts has negotiated and transacted investment sales in excess of $100 million and leasing transactions in excess of 500,000 square feet in Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs.
