Laurence Roberts is a principal and co-founder of Arch Brokerage, LTD, a full service real estate brokerage firm, affiliated with Washington Square Partners, which represents clients throughout the New York metropolitan area. Mr. Roberts specializes in and advises clients on all aspects of real estate transactions, including sales, development, new lease negotiations, lease terminations, lease recaptures, assignments, subleases, buy-outs and renewals, as applicable. In addition, Mr. Roberts coordinates with architects, lawyers, engineers, contractors and other third party service providers to ensure continuity and timely closure of transactions.

Since 2003, Mr. Roberts has been integral in many successful leasing and marketing campaigns, including River Plaza, One Jamaica Center, The Forward and Workmen's Circle, Magazine Publishers of America, Ferrari/Maserati of North America, and Bezos/Nathanson Marketing Group.

In addition, Mr. Roberts has successfully represented numerous clients in the location, negotiation and disposition of their office or retail space, totaling a value in excess of$300,000,000.
