The Meilman Family retained Washington Square Partners (WSP) to assist them with maximizing the development potential of two long time family owned parcels in the Meatpacking District in Manhattan. The families' sites include an existing landmarked building on West 14th Street and a vacant site on West 15th Street.

Washington Square Partners analyzed the evolving Meatpacking District market in developing a plan to retain but renovate the West 14th Street building while developing a new residential building on the West 15th Street frontage. Washington Square Partners has tested this analysis by marketing the sites to a range of potential users. In addition, WSP is assisting the client by advising on the discretionary approvals necessary to move forward with both components of the project. Finally, WSP has coordinated a team of consultants in producing redevelopment options for the family.
