RAFFAELA DUNNE
Raffaela Dunne, P. E. is a Senior Vice President of Washington Square Partners and a New York State licensed professional engineer with a record of over $2 billion in negotiated and executed agreements which resulted in built projects in industry sectors including real estate, solid waste, power, water and wastewater. She has 15 years of experience in project management and planning for public sector initiatives, public/private partnerships, feasibility studies, economic analyses and environmental projects. Her assignments often involve complex economic analyses and the representation of government bodies engaged in development and redevelopment processes. Her clients have included some of the nation's largest cities and counties. In addition, Ms. Dunne has managed projects involving public-private partnerships and the corresponding procurement documents required for community and urban redevelopment projects. Ms. Dunne also has experience in facility planning and permitting.
Prior to joining Washington Square Partners, Ms. Dunne was a Vice President with HDR Engineering, Inc. where she was responsible for starting and managing the New York City office. At Washington Square Partners, Ms. Dunne is currently engaged on the Moynihan Station Redevelopment Project and the 2 JFK Corporate Square Redevelopment.
A cum laude graduate of Manhattan College with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and M.S. in Environmental Engineering, Ms. Dunne is a member of American Society of Civil Engineers and CoreNet Global.
