Washington Square Partners is neither a planning nor a law firm but our multi-disciplinary professionals bring a real-world prospective to land use and planning issues. Because we understand the real estate market, the development business, and zoning and economic development policies, we are able to advise our clients in creating site plans, master plans, and area wide plans.
