Public Approvals
Washington Square Partners has an impressive track record in assisting our clients with securing discretionary governmental approvals for their projects. We work regularly with the Department of City Planning, the New York Economic Development Corporation, the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission, and the New York City Board of Standards and Appeals and therefore can advise our clients about what is achievable.
